Jay has extensive conciliation and litigation experience before the Federal and State Industrial Tribunals and Courts, combined with years of practical Employee Relations experience.

 

As the business owner, Jay understands the requirements of running a business and the importance of maintaining harmonious workplace relations. 

 

Jay is a highly experienced workplace investigator and trainer with extensive knowledge of employment law and over a 17 year career has successfully helped business with all of their IR and HR needs.

Tracey joined the SWS team in August 2019 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, experience and an extensive HR/IR network.  Tracey is highly regarded in the industry for her down-to-earth, pragmatic approach and her in depth understanding of complex employee relations matters.
